We operate receiving facilities where clients can deliver panels directly by appointment. This option works well for local clients with smaller quantities who prefer to handle their own transportation. Prior arrangement is required to ensure proper receiving staff and equipment availability. We provide detailed delivery instructions including facility hours, unloading procedures, and required documentation. Drop-off may offer cost savings compared to pickup services for nearby clients with suitable transportation.

Transportation is typically the largest variable cost in solar recycling. For high-value materials or large volumes, we may cover transportation costs as part of our purchase offer. For smaller quantities or lower-value materials, transportation costs are typically the client’s responsibility or included in our service fees. We work to optimize logistics through consolidated shipping, backhaul opportunities, and efficient routing. Distance from our facilities, load size, and accessibility all impact transportation economics, which we factor into our quotes.
