Our Process

Building a sustainable future, one panel at a time

Our Process

From initial consultation to final execution, we ensure excellence and innovation at every stage of your solar recycling journey.

Inspection of Material

All materials are inspected through video assessments or physical site visits to evaluate quality, damage level, and recycling potential before initiating solar plant recovery or solar panel recycling procedures.

Project / Component Bidding

A transparent bidding process is conducted for the required project or components to obtain competitive offers from verified vendors and partners involved in solar waste disposal and recovery operations.

Vendor Payment

Payments are processed to vendors based on mutually agreed terms and finalized bidding agreements in compliance with our financial and operational policies.

Transportation to Warehouse

The purchased solar scrap material is securely transported to our designated warehouse facilities using safe handling procedures, especially for damaged panels and hazardous components.

Physical Inspection, Sorting & Testing

At the warehouse, materials undergo detailed inspection, sorting, and electrical performance testing. Components are separated for reuse, resale, or solar panel recycling in Karachi based on their condition.

Resale or Scrapping

Usable and safe components are resold through authorized channels. Non-usable materials are directed towards responsible dismantling solar plant operations and advanced solar panel recycling processes.

Hazardous Waste Disposal

Hazardous materials such as damaged batteries, glass fragments, and contaminated components are disposed of in strict compliance with EPA and environmental regulations through certified solar waste disposal solutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding Our Solar Panel Recycling Process
Our recycling process follows a systematic approach to maximize material recovery. First, we receive and inspect all incoming panels, documenting quantities and condition. Next, we manually dismantle the panels to remove aluminum frames, junction boxes, and cables, these components are immediately sorted for their respective recycling streams. The remaining laminate undergoes thermal or chemical treatment to separate the glass from the solar cells. Finally, we process the solar cells to recover high-purity silicon, silver, copper, and other valuable materials. Each step is carefully controlled to ensure safety, maximize recovery rates, and meet our ISO certification standards.
Quality control is integrated at every stage of our operations. We use calibrated scales and tracking systems to verify material weights and maintain chain of custody. Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system requires documented procedures, regular equipment calibration, and material purity testing. Trained technicians perform visual inspections and sorting accuracy checks. We conduct routine audits of recovered materials to verify they meet specifications for downstream buyers. Additionally, our batch tracking system allows us to trace any material back through the entire process, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement opportunities.
We utilize state-of-the-art recycling equipment designed specifically for solar panel processing. Our facilities include automated frame removal systems, thermal processing units for laminate separation, chemical treatment baths for cell processing, and advanced material separation technologies including optical sorters and eddy current separators. We also employ shredding and granulation equipment for size reduction, dust collection and filtration systems for air quality, and water treatment systems for environmental protection. Our equipment is regularly maintained and upgraded to incorporate the latest recycling innovations and improve efficiency.
Environmental protection is paramount in our operations. We operate in fully enclosed facilities with industrial ventilation systems that capture any airborne particles or fumes. All chemical processes use contained systems with secondary containment to prevent spills. Wastewater from cleaning and processing undergoes treatment before discharge, meeting or exceeding all regulatory standards. We segregate and properly manage any hazardous materials according to EPA and local environmental regulations. Our ISO 14001 certification requires regular environmental monitoring, and we conduct soil and water testing around our facilities to verify we’re not creating any contamination. All waste streams are tracked from generation to final disposition.
When we identify panels that retain significant functionality during our initial assessment, we notify the client and offer alternatives. Functional panels may qualify for our Donation Program where they can provide electricity to communities in need, or they can be refurbished and resold with client approval. If the client prefers to proceed with recycling despite functionality, we honor that decision and process them as planned. This evaluation step ensures we’re not unnecessarily recycling panels that could deliver additional years of clean energy production. Our assessment includes voltage testing, visual inspection for degradation, and efficiency estimation based on panel age and condition.
