As already stated that PV panels contains heavy metals and if disposed off improperly will contaminate the soil and water resources. Solar Scrap helps protect the environment by reusing and recycling end of life panels and broken panels. The following steps ensure that all the panels end up in the right place.
Step -1 : Safe Transportation of panels from customer ware house to our ware house.
Step -2 : Physical sorting of all the panels (Bullet hits and severely damaged panels are immediately put into recycling area.)
Step 3 : Testing of the Panels
Step 4 : Segregating the panels for res-use (may require maintenance to seal the broken area)
Step 5 : Recycling the panels
Notes: For recycling the panels, we required 10,000/- tons of laminate to make the process economically feasible. Help us reach the mile stone so that you can have your share in environmental protection.
